Kitchen renovation pricing shouldn't be a mystery
If you’re looking to establish a budget for your project, it can be difficult to find reliable remodeling pricing information online. Below we provide average prices we see for three common kitchen remodeling projects.
The average prices below assume:
- We demolish your existing kitchen and remove debris
- We protect your home from dust and damage during your kitchen remodel
- 250 square foot kitchen with 30 linear feet of cabinetry and a 3' x 5' island
- Appliance Package: Refrigerator, Single Oven Stove, Microwave or Vent Hood, Dishwasher
- Your kitchen layout remains the same (except as noted)
- Underlying electrical, plumbing, and framing are up to code and in working condition
What are some common things that affect kitchen remodel pricing?
- The materials and brands you choose such as cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, tile, lighting and plumbing fixtures (these are called your "selections")
- Changing the layout of your kitchen, for example, moving the location of plumbing and electrical fixtures or removing a wall
- The total size of your kitchen and number of cabinets required
- Add-on items such as cabinet drawer organization inserts

No changes needed to flooring or lighting. Plumbing and appliance locations remain as-is.
Complete Remodel

Install semi-custom cabinetry and standard grade granite or quartz countertops. New upgraded stainless steel sink and pull-down faucet. Tile backsplash. Replace flooring with engineered hardwood or LVP. Update lighting to LED and add island pendant lighting. Install new appliances (GE, LG, or similar). Paint walls and trim.
Plumbing and appliance locations remain as-is.
Premium Remodel

Reconfigure your kitchen. Install semi-custom or custom cabinetry and luxury stone countertops. Luxury brand sink and faucet. Glass, mosaic, or specialty tile backsplash.
